How long should I plan to continue?
We recommend a minimum commitment of three months. Building a solid judgment axis takes time — which is why we prioritize ongoing dialogue over quick answers.

Are sessions conducted online only?
Yes, all sessions are conducted exclusively online via video call.

What video call tool will I need?
We use Google Meet. Desktop users can access it directly through a web browser, while smartphone and tablet users can join via the Google Meet app.
