For the CB5 1on1 Service, payment is made through the method displayed on the website. Accepted credit cards are those specified on the credit card registration screen. When paying by credit card, the applicable charges will be billed to the customer's credit card company at the time of contract execution. The timing of payment is subject to the membership agreement between the customer and their credit card company.
Service Availability
For note paid articles, availability is governed by note's Terms of Service.
For the CB5 1on1 Service, the service becomes available at the designated date and time after payment has been completed through the method displayed on the website and the service reservation has been confirmed through the prescribed procedure.
Returns and Cancellations
For note paid articles, returns and cancellations are governed by note's Terms of Service.
For the CB5 1on1 Service, due to the nature of the service, refunds and cancellations after payment completion cannot be accommodated.
