I never had a grand vision or a carefully back-calculated career plan. And yet, over more than 25 years, I was able to grow from an ordinary service engineer into an executive — because I kept doing one thing. I kept crossing the boundaries of my current role, just a little at a time. This is where 'The Art of the 5cm Crossing' began.
CB5 Insights was founded to deliver that judgment axis to every professional who shares the same sense of stagnation.
